Who is Saeed?
Hey!
My name is Saeed and I’m the founder of Fitness-Beginners.com blog. I document the basic fitness workouts that I use daily to keep myself fit, healthy and happy.
I have been a fitness enthusiast for over 10 years. Also, I devote much of my time studying and researching health, fitness, and personal development.
I got into fitness while I was in high school. I played soccer, handball, and long jump. I became a Physical Education teacher after college and I enjoyed every bit of my role as a PE teacher. These activities made me develop so much interest in health and fitness.
Over the years, I have grown to learn that regular exercise, enough rest and sleep, and a healthy eating habit will make you the healthiest person that ever lived.
Regular exercise makes you look younger than your real age. A lot of people see me as the youngest each time I go out with my younger brother.
