Read This Before You Decide to Buy the Guidebook!
Personally, the only real downside I’ve found about the stretching guidebook is that the diagrams are drawn with free hand instead of using the service of a professional artist who could have made it look more appealing.
But hey, why worry about that if you can easily absorb the stretching concepts with the amateurish looking diagrams and still achieve your flexibility and fitness goals.
